Laura Spanitz

Laura Spanitz is a university assistant at the Department of the Foundations of Law in the research field of Prof. Dr iur. Sascha Ferz. She studied law at the University of Graz and gained practical experience in a law firm and in court during her studies. As part of her diploma thesis, she analysed the current case law of the courts of public law on the professional and financial aspects of mediation and thus deepened her knowledge of the legal legitimacy of various types of mediators. She is now focussing on the interface between mediation, civil law and civil procedure law.
