Sascha Ferz
Sascha Ferz teaches and researches Alternative Dispute Resolution. As a lawyer, he develops his activities in this field primarily around questions of out-of-court dispute resolution, especially in the areas of arbitration, mediation and negotiation and, in turn, along the interfaces between substantive and formal law as well as between administrative and civil law. The research topics open up opportunities for international connections to the universities in Freiburg, Rutgers/Camden, Vilnius, Kharkiv, Singapore, Brisbane, Safet and thus strengthen the international anchoring.
His work at interfaces also binds him to the interfaculty Center for Social Competence at the University of Graz. In addition, he is a member of the University Advisory Board of the University College of Teacher Education Upper Austria, is a member of the Advisory Board for Mediation of the Federal Ministry of Justice as a representative of the Austrian University Conference and works as a registered mediator (ZivMediatG) and teaching trainer.
