Peter Jahn
Peter Jahn has been a project assistant to Univ. Prof.in Dr.in Lisa Isola at the Section of Roman Law at the Department of the Foundations of Law since autumn 2023. In addition to working on research projects, which include "The agreement in rem in the system of causal tradition", he is also involved in teaching at the department. As part of his dissertation project on legal history, he is working on agreements in favor of third parties in Roman law. After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University Linz and completing his year in court, he worked as a research assistant and lecturer at the Institute for Roman Law at the JKU. He also taught political education, law and history at schools for social professions.
