REWI im Parlament 2.0: Datenschutzaufsicht in der Gesetzgebung

Christian Bergauer vom Fachbereich Recht und IT unserer Fakultät, der am Institut für Rechtswissenschaftliche Grundlagen angesiedelt ist, wurde als Mitglied des Parlamentarischen Datenschutzkomitees (PDK) angelobt. Gemeinsam mit vier Kolleg*innen obliegt ihm nun die Datenschutzaufsicht über die Organe und Hilfsorgane der Gesetzgebung.
