In the latest issue of the University of Bologna Law Review Prof. Klatt reflects upon the sudden changes that occurred in Universities all around the world due to the pandemic and the detrimental impact they have had on education and teaching. What is more, Prof. Klatt puts these changes into a broader perspective, arguing that they in fact reinforce an ongoing trend, in which Universities increasingly relinquish their ties to the ideals of humanistic education.
